Refund Policy

This policy is governed by and issued by Odin’s Den LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start a return, please contact us at support@luxruh.com.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Product has not been used, assembled, or installed

  • All original packaging is fully intact and undamaged
    (inner protective packaging must not be opened or tampered with)

  • Item and packaging are in resalable, like-new condition

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery (package must be post-marked within this window)

  • Any replacement items sent must also be returned if seeking a refund

Items that arrive used, damaged, incomplete, tampered with, or beyond 30 days will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Processing of eligible returns may take 7–14 business days once received and inspected.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

We do not provide prepaid labels. We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

If a package is refused or marked “Return to Sender,” any carrier return fees will be deducted from the eligible refund.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING CLAIMS

All orders include tracking information.

If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, you must notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

Luxruh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product delivered

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Clear photo of the shipping label

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or installation is not covered.

After 5 days without documentation, the order will be considered fulfilled and accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Items missing original protective packaging

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not offered. Customers must submit a return for the original item and, once approved, may place a new order.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10–15 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at support@luxruh.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to attempt resolution prior to filing a dispute.

In the event of a payment dispute, Luxruh reserves the right to provide order confirmation, IP address data, timestamp records, shipping confirmation, tracking information, and delivery verification to the payment processor as evidence of fulfillment.
