Standard Shipping (FREE)
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days within the United States. Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Tracking Information
All orders receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
Luxruh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we are always happy to assist in resolving delivery issues.
